TWO NCREAA MEMBERS APPOINTED
TO THE NORTH CAROLINA APPRAISAL BOARD
Gov. Cooper has appointed the following individuals
to the North Carolina Appraisal Board:
- Michael R. Warren of Indian Beach, Carteret County, as a Real Estate Appraiser to a term through June 2021. Warren is a State Certified Residential Appraiser and operates his own appraisal services, Mike Warren Appraisal Services, LLC. Mr. Warren is a graduate of Western Carolina University. Prior, Warren worked as a registered appraisal trainee and a consultant.
- Viviree P. Scotton of Chapel Hill, Orange County, as a Real Estate Appraiser to a term through June 2021. Scotton is a Realtor, Broker, and State Certified Residential Appraiser at her company, Scotton Real Estate Co. Ms. Scotton is a graduate of NC Central University. Prior, Scotton worked as a Retirement Specialist and a Market Research Analyst.
The new members were sworn in at the
NCAB public meeting August 7, 2018.
